Solid, Concrete Block Foundation
Many of our competitors require to prepare your own site before delivery, we include free concrete blocks that act as a solid footing for your building to rest upon. (Of course, if you prefer a concrete slab, we offer that as well. See below.)
Walls 16" On-Center
While many other buildings on the market cut corners by building walls 24" on center, ours are 16" on center, the same as in most residential homes. This adds strength to the building which is especially important under heavy snow and ice.
Floor Joists, 16" On Center
Unlike some of our competitors who use 2 x 4’s, we use 2 x 6 floor joist in all our sheds, constructing a base that has superior strength and durability.
3/4" Plywood Sheathing
No 1/2" sheathing on our buildings! Our standard is 3/4" (actual size .688") plywood sheathing. This produces a stronger base frame, providing a stronger floor that is able to withstand the weight of heavy items. It also means means your shed floor will last for years to come. (Green-treated plywood is available as an option below.)
LP Smart Side Siding
LP Smartside is a superior exterior grade panel that comes pre-primed a natural tan color. It's pretreated to resist water absorption and damage from insects and the elements.

No need for padlocks. Our doors come with a locking t-handle with keys to keep your items secure.
Proper ventilation is a crucial, but often underappreciated feature of a quality shed. Humidity can lead to mold, mildew and rot and cause tools and equipment stored inside to rust. Ventilation is necessary for air flow, heat reduction and it allows humidity to escape the building. ​​
Our sheds include a ridge cap vent upgrade at no additional charge. Not only is this virtually invisible, giving the shed more visual appeal, but more importantly, it creates a design for superior air flow precisely where heat (and humidity carried by rising hot air) accumulate – at the peak of the roof.
Our sheds have a 4" overhang around the roofline to help keep the shed dry in wet weather.

Many of our competitors use lower quality materials for trim that quickly deteriorate over time. Our sheds have PVC trim that never rot or need to be painted again, prolonging the life of the building and maintaining its esthetic appearance.
